Creatd, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Studio 96 Publishing

Creatd, Inc. (OTC: CRTD) announces the completion of its acquisition of Studio 96 Publishing, a distinguished luxury publisher known globally for its integration of Augmented Reality (AR-technology) into hardcover art books.

The acquisition will include all assets, inventory, and intellectual property associated with Studio 96 Publishing. Studio 96 will immediately be accretive to Creatd, enhancing shareholder value both fundamentally for the value of the IP and future revenues, as well as future technology builds and releases. The company expects to deliver a new version of its current app and strategic direction in early 2025.

The two companies have been collaborating for over a year, developing a range of media projects that incorporate augmented reality while exploring growth opportunities in this space. The inaugural product from this partnership, the OG Collection’s AR-enabled book Centerfold, quickly sold out its entire pre-sale inventory in under 30 day..
